Summary: Torchwood is down a technical specialist and a doctor. Mycroft is trying to keep a genius and a doctor safe from Moriarty without having to spend too much on repairing the damage that a bored, imprisoned Sherlock can cause to a safe house. The government wants Torchwood to hire replacements, but Jack isn't ready to replace Owen and Toshiko. Mycroft is a "minor goverment official".
Author’s Notes: Timelines have been shifted so that Exit Wounds and The Great Game happen at about the same time.
