Summary: Torchwood is down a technical specialist and a doctor. Mycroft is trying to keep a genius and a doctor safe from Moriarty without having to spend too much on repairing the damage that a bored, imprisoned Sherlock can cause to a safe house. The government wants Torchwood to hire replacements, but Jack isn't ready to replace Owen and Toshiko. Mycroft is a "minor goverment official".

I don't mind if the Sherlock/John is sexual or non-sexual, or whether it's one or both of them that has additional relationships, or whether those relationships are romantic or sexual or asexual or any combination of the three. I hope this satisfies.
